BACK TO TEACHINGS

This is a special series of teachings specifically from our beloved animal companions. Animals often have lots to say and when we are able to listen we can learn a huge amount from their wisdom. In this series, I will be using animal communication to “talk” with a variety of animals to see what they have to say.

I communicate with animals energetically and this can come through in the form of images, feelings, sounds and more. Therefore, I will translate for the purpose of this teaching. Sometimes I speak directly to the animal, but for the purpose of higher teachings, it is usually the soul of the animal that wishes to communicate.

This communication is from our little animal companion, Simba. He is a simple being (more so than our other animals), but with that, one that carries a vibration of love that is incredibly pure. His soul energy resonates deeply with the goddess energy.

I was meditating with my pad of paper on the couch when Simba came to join me. He sat on my lap and I could immediately feel a warm and glowing feeling emanating from him. I suddenly got an intuitive feeling that this was a good time to communicate with him for a teaching. He immediately knew my intention and was joyous that it was his time to talk. He felt so honoured that someone wanted to listen to him and the gratitude over this small thing was amazing. It was in the moment of feeling this from him, that I was reminded that I should also be feeling honoured, and I am.

He is showing me that there is always something to feel grateful for. Always. As he continues to sit on my lap, purring away, he tells me that he likes the feeling of my comfortable trousers… they feel like a warm blanket to him (Sarah gave me a gift of some “loungewear” and the trousers are soft. fluffy, fleecy things… it is kind of like wearing a blanket). Simba then moves my attention to show me the outside, where the wind is blowing and it is cold and wet. He then immediately contrasts this with how he feels, being warm and comfortable inside, while showing me how grateful he is.

There is then a long pause, almost as if he gets lost in enjoying the moment. He doesn’t move on until I acknowledge this to which he then shows me a final image, as if looking around the room and being so grateful for having a loving family (we are currently all around the room).

Just when I thought that the communication was over I was almost blasted with words that came through (as a type of final message) - “Count your blessings to bring more blessings. Blessings everywhere.”
