I, Luke Alvisi McCrudden of Light Of Infinity, reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and does not accept liability for injury or other negative consequences that arise from the use of any of the products or services I sell on this website.
Light Of Infinity will consider that any purchases you make of from this site is done based on your own freedom of choice and decision.
Whether it’s yourself or somebody that is connected to you that has possibly got an illness - serious or not, consulting a doctor/medical professional is to be first in line.
Please be sensible about using complementary therapies and always seek the appropriate medical advice.
This website contains some services that may be considered as complementary therapies, however, please make sure that under no circumstances do you ignore your doctor's advice or use these services as a substitute for traditional medical treatment.
On viewing this website please consider the use of crystals for healing and other forms of energy work should not be used in replacement for the traditional medical treatments that are available to us.

Client Agreement
Before purchasing any Service, Donation or Event from this site, please make sure you understand the terms of use.
Your registration and/or purchase acts as your contractual agreement with the following:
1. My work is spiritual and intuitive. It is NOT a substitute for medical, legal, financial or other specific professional advice. If you need this kind of assistance, please contact the appropriate professional.
2. If you do not make payment before you book your appointment, I reserve the right to cancel it. Once you have made a booking, you have the option to change your appointment and to cancel it.
3. You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance by clicking on the button at the end of the email confirmation you were sent for your appointment. After 24 hours you cannot change it.
4. If you are late for your appointment, immediate notification is necessary. Your time of service may be shortened, if necessary, to accommodate other scheduled appointments.
5. Please schedule mindfully; slots are limited and fill quickly. If you must reschedule please try to give as much notice as you can. I understand that things happen, so you can change your appointment up to 24 hours in advance. After 24 hours, you cannot change your appointment time, so you can either keep the appointment or contact me to let me know you wish to cancel it.
6. All registrations are final. There are no refunds, partial refunds, credits, exchanges or payment cancellations for payments made in full or via any installment plan I may agree to, Stripe, credit card or any other payment method. This includes all services, products, digital files and events offered on this website.
7. If for any reason, I have to cancel your appointment, I will either refund your payment in full or book in a new time & date with you depending on what you would prefer.
You will be agreeing to these terms when you make your booking.
Payments
Payment information is never taken by me or transferred to me either through my website or otherwise.
At the point of payment, you are transferred to a secure page on the website of PayPal or Stripe, which are both reputable payment service providers. That page may be branded to look like a page on this website, but it is not controlled by me.
I use Paypal and Stripe for all payments, but only Stripe is used for subscriptions. Please see the Privacy Policy regarding information about these companies.
All items offered on my website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on my website click the 'Add to Basket' button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product you will receive a confirmation email from Light Of Infinity confirming your payment & order.
This confirmation email amounts to an acceptance by Light Of Infinity of your offer to buy goods and services from me.
Discount Codes
Light Of Infinity offers internet sales discounts and special offers from time to time.
To claim your discount, you must enter the appropriate discount code at checkout.
Discount codes will only be valid once the product has been added to your basket and it has reached the appropriate value
Enter the appropriate discount code and select 'Apply Coupon'.
Check the discount has been applied to your basket.
Discount Codes must be entered before payment. Only one discount or special offer can be entered per order.
Discounts cannot be claimed after checkout. Once a discount code has expired it is no longer available.
Privacy
Light Of Infinity never passes your information or e-mail address onto any third-party companies.
On the Light Of Infinity website, users are given the opportunity to subscribe to a newsletter. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address registered by a data subject for the first time for newsletter shipping, for legal reasons, in the double opt-in procedure. This confirmation e-mail is used to prove whether the owner of the e-mail address as the data subject is authorized to receive the newsletter.

Complaints
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, then please contact me at luke@lightofinfinity.com or by phone on 07434677055. I will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and I aim to resolve your complaint within one week of your initial contact. Customer satisfaction is very important to me and I want you to be happy! My normal office hours are 10am - 6pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights.
Working with animals
Energy Healing practitioners should not be asked for a diagnosis. This is not part of their remit or in fact legally permitted to be given. The Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) set standards for veterinary care and training. Their position on Reiki is: Reiki is not a defined act of veterinary surgery provided there is no element of diagnosis. Whether a veterinary surgeon or not, anyone offering a complementary therapy must ensure they are adequately trained in its application.
As per Section 27 of the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966 and Chapter 19 of the Supporting Guidance for the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) Code of Professional Conduct for Veterinary Surgeons, Reiki Practitioners MUST NOT:
1. Make a diagnosis of disease in, or injuries to, animals including tests performed on animals for diagnostic purposes
2. Give advice based on such a diagnosis
3. Give any medical or surgical treatment to animals
4. Perform surgical operations on animals
Reiki is not a replacement for orthodox veterinary medicine/ treatments but supports traditional veterinary care and works well alone or with other complementary therapies.
Owners and carers of animals should make clear any known situations that could result in safety risks for the animal or anyone concerned when a treatment is to be offered to an animal.
