Embracing change.
We are all a part of creation and in each and every moment, we are constantly creating. Simply by being, we are creating through our infinite existence, in the vibrational frequencies that we each carry, and in how they react and create within the infinite field of possibilities that we are all a part of. Even looking at it through a more enlightened perspective means to understand that “the one”, God, Source or infinity is constantly creating through us in order to simply experience itself, and with each and every little creation, the “oneness” is different to how it once was. It is forever evolving.
If we are in a constant state of creation, this means that no two moments can ever be the same, and if this is true, then change is an inevitable aspect of life. Even the cells in our body are in a constant state of change and fluctuation, as they go through their own cycles of growth and renewal. My physical body is not the same as it was yesterday, an hour ago or even a second ago, and it will never be the same again. Our perception of whether this is a “good or bad” thing is irrelevant to “change”… it is only our little friend the ego that cares. :)
If change is then inevitable, it becomes counter-productive and even futile to try to resist it, like so many of us do. All this does is create unnecessary tension and stress within us, that is then manifested in different ways in what we create around us. So it is not that we actually slow down change. We just end up creating a different change, usually in a way that we do not want, in another area or aspect of our reality instead.
Embracing change, therefore, means to embrace creation itself. If we cannot stop it, then we may as well learn to flow with it as effortlessly as possible. I cannot promise that with this you will create something “better” (because this is all about your perception), but I can promise that your experience of what you do create will be a lot more peaceful and more enjoyable, too.
